Assel Sargaskayeva was born and raised in Kazakhstan. After completing school, she continued her education in the United Kingdom, studying finance at the University of London.

Her interest in painting appeared from an early age, but it was in Europe that her passion for contemporary art became especially strong. During this period, Assel began taking her first lessons from professional artist-teachers, and over the course of four years she mastered academic drawing and painting.

What started as an enjoyable hobby gradually developed into a professional pursuit. By that time, Assel Sargaskayeva had already built a successful career in various sectors of international business, gaining practical experience in understanding financial needs and ways to address them.

Her professional achievements in this field, along with numerous implemented projects and her position as a Chief Executive Officer, allowed her to delegate operational processes and dedicate sufficient time to her creative work.

Today, Assel Sargaskayeva has been engaged in artistic practice for more than fifteen years, creating paintings and graphic works. Over the past three years, graphic art has taken a particularly important place in her artistic practice. The artist often creates her works in series, allowing her to explore selected themes in greater depth.
